All I've found is that Turner Home Entertainment put it on VHS in 1989 as part of the "Lucille Ball signature collection." I assume they would claim copyright.

There was a reference (in FirstSearch) to a possible earlier release with the only copies located in two libraries in Australia. The film includes Edgar Bergen and Charlie McCarthy, Fibber McGee and Molly, and Lucille Ball.
